Rohan's rowan tree, 12th May 2007

This rowan tree was planted in Blackburn's Yard, Whitby, to commemorate Rohan Chadwick's birth in 1979, in the garden of the house where he was born. Here it is seen in bloom on 12th May 2007, five days after his tragic death in a moterway collision, along with four friends and the driver of the recovery vehicle in which they were travelling. He is desperately missed by all those he leaves behind.
